Does your knob TH04877 fit the SportRack hard top cartop cargo carrier made by Thule but sold at a big box store? Thank you

The replacement wing knob # TH04877 that you referenced fits a 6mm M6 bolt, such as carriage bolt part # TH915-0675-11 or u-bolt part # TH02943.
According to my contact at Thule/SportRack this knob fits a variety of applications for both brands' products. If your cargo carrier's mounting components use 6mm hardware, then this part will work fine for you.
