The Pop & Lock Custom Locking Tailgate Handle, part # PAL5500 will work on your 2015 Toyota Tacoma with or without a backup camera.
I have attached a photo of the front and back of the PAL5500 that shows where the camera is mounted. This handle has a simple installation and includes 2 keys and all the necessary hardware needed for installation.
If you want to use your truck key to operate the tailgate handle lock I recommend part # PAL5400. This uses BOLT codeable technology so that it can be keyed to match your truck. You simply insert your truck key into the lock and turn it clockwise until it stops. Remove the key and you can then use your truck key to unlock the tailgate. It's that simple.
