Locking Tailgate Handle Recommendation for a 2014 Toyota Tacoma with Back Up Camera

my 2014 Toyota tacoma has a tailgate without a lock. It also has the small back camera lens right on the handle. would the part PAL5400 has an orifice to the camera lens currently on the handle? thank you
