Will the 1425-1 XL Base plate for a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee work with Stowmaster 5000 towbar?

I spoke with my contact at Roadmaster and yes, the Base Plates, # 1425-1, for the 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee will work with the Stowmaster 5000 towbar. You will need to use the Roadmaster Tow Bar Quick Disconnects, which originally came with the towbar. If these have been misplaced or you do not have them, we do offer replacements which are part # RM-222.
