The Thule Self-Tensioning snow tires you mentioned, part # TH04115075 are a fit for your 185/55-16 tires. Usually, smaller front wheel drive vehicles like your Fit specify that tire chains should be installed on the front wheels only and should be a chain that has a 'Class S' rating. A Class S rated chain will not extend any further to the inside of the tire than 15mm.

The Thule # TH04115075 chain is Class S rated.

I'd recommend you read the owner's manual, and abide by any advice or prohibitions mentioned regarding tire chain usage. Once you receive the chains, I'd recommend you do a dry run or two in order to get some practice installing the chains. Learning how to install them while you're kneeling in a snowdrift isn't a place you want to be.

I've linked you to some FAQ articles and a product demonstration video featuring the Thule chains you asked about.
