Question:
I pulled my Fulton 1600 marine trailer jack apart because it wouldnt crank move up or down. I found the top screw collar completely rusted to it. Ive got some penetrating fluid soaking on it and may try a little heat. If it refuses to let go do you have the screw shaft and the collar? See picture Thank you

I spoke to my contact at Fulton and he informed me that they don't sell replacement screws for the Fulton F2 jacks like the # F1413040134. But he said that what you are doing should free it up.
You may have to soak the screw and collar assembly in gear oil for a couple days, but one way or the other it will free up. Once you get it to free up use a good grease like the LMX Red Grease part # L11390 on the threads to prevent this problem from happening again.
