I have a 2bike Swagmann RV approved bike rack. It is item number SR-640G-03. I want a new replacement upright ratcheting bar. Will you part item P321 fit this bike rack?

The Replacement Upright Ratcheting Bar # P321 that you mentioned is made to fit the Swagman XTC bike rack # S64670, and the Swagman XC2 bike rack # S64650.
I was not able to find or reference the part number SR-640G-03 you provided as it did not appear in Swagman's catalogue or ours.
