Are there any Thule roof rack feet systems that fit the factory installed bars on the roof instead of the edge of the roof for a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2014 Overland.

There is a Rhino Rack roof rack that will install to the factory fixed points you have on the flush rails of your 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland, but nothing from Thule.
You would want the Rhino Rack Roof Rack that consists of the following:
