I am lubricating my 5th wheel hitch. Will the tube of all purpose lithium grease be OK.

You will not have any problem using lithium grease on your fifth-wheel hitch. Per the instructions for a fifth-wheel hitch, automotive type chassis grease is recommended so lithium grease like part # L11354 should work just fine for you.
