We don't have any front mounted hitches or bike racks available for your 2000 Dodge Camper Van. The best option I could list for you would be to go with a rear mounted hitch and bike rack.
For a hitch I would recommend the # 13015 if you don't have one already.
For a bike rack you should check out the Swagman XTC2 part # S64670. This is a great rack at a great price that our customers have left a ton of positive reviews for. Check out the review video I attached for more info.
