I have the opportunity to purchase a used Roadmaster Blackhawk 2 All Terrain tow bar. Is there a face plate for the 2015 Jeep Patriot which will work with this tow bar?

Yes, the Roadmaster Base Plate kit part # 521441-1 that you referenced has been confirmed to fit your 2014 Jeep Patriot and will work well with your RoadMaster Blackhawk 2 All Terrain Tow Bar # RM-422.
