Question:
My trailer tongue frame is 6 inches wide. Do you have a trailer dolly that would accommodate?

Given the substantial size of the frame I wonder about its tongue weight. The Trailer Valet has a 500-lb maximum tongue weight rating which could certainly be inadequate for some very large trailers. It is a good idea to verify your trailer's tongue weight before selecting a jack/trailer mover to ensure it is rated adequately. We offer an etrailer tongue weight scale # e99044 that makes it easy to accurately measure your tongue weight, but other methods are outlined in the linked article.
The Trailer Valet Swivel Jack and Trailer Mover # STC-V211 that you referenced will fit trailer frames up to 2-3/4-inches wide and up to 6-inches tall. Since your frame is 6-inches wide it would not fit without substituting much longer bolts that could allow the bracket to grab around the frame member.
I checked with my contact at Trailer Valet about the feasibility of using substitute hardware to install the jack on your trailer. My contact advised that you can do this as long as you use stainless steel bolts.
