Can you adapt a road master 5000 hitch to a car that has blue ox system?

Most likely by Roadmaster 5000 tow bar you are referring to the Tracker part # RM-020. Which if so there currently isn't an adapter available that will allow it to connect to Blue Ox tow bars.
If you have a different tow bar check out the link I attached to the right that shows a chart that show what adapters work with different tow bars and base plates.
