How will I secure it to my pickup so some one doesnt attempt to steal gas?

What you could use is a cable lock like the part # e98891 to secure the handle of the # RA86622 to the bed of your truck or trailer. You would just need to route the cable through the handle and then around something permanently attached to your truck or trailer.
