The battery I received measured 0 volts. Etrailer is sending a replacement at no charge. However, battery is out of stock.
So, product 0 stars. etrailer customer service 5 stars.
Time will tell if replacement is satisfactory.
Pretty much impossible for me to install. Had to contact swift hitch for a complete replacement of the camera.
Works great it was a bit tricky soldering. Very happy with it.
Exactly the right product at the right price.
