I have 2 units. I switched battery from one that works and red charging light still does not come on. Should I throw one unit away?

In regards to the Swift Hitch Digital Wireless Hitch Alignment Camera and Monitor part # SH02DIGITAL, the LED light changes color to signal when the camera is on (green), when it's charging while the power is on (yellow), and when it's charging while the power is off (red). If the camera will not charge even when a new battery (Replacement Battery for Swift Hitch SH02 and SH03 Camera part # PB06) and new charger (Replacement 12 Volt Double Charger Cable for Swift Hitch Wireless Camera System part # PC01) is used then the camera is defective and will need to be replaced due to an internal issue.
