Now this is a custom fit part, It is designed to fit the 2022 and newer BMW IX vehicles. Now this is a custom-fit hitch accessory receiver, so this'll let you carry a bike rack or a cargo carrier with your vehicle. Now one note I do wanna mention is this hitch receiver is for hitch-mounted accessories only, cannot be used for towing.
The cross tube right here will be concealed behind your rear bumper for a nice factory look. They do use precision robotic welding to maximize strength, improve fit, and it is a bolt on installation, there's no welding required. Comes with a complete hardware kit and installation instructions are all included. Does have a nice gloss black powder-coat finish over a protective base coat, gives you superior rust resistance. The receiver opening right up here is two inches by two inches, and the maximum tongue weight that this will handle is 150 pounds.
