Gave them a call and they shipped just the receiver the next day. Very happy customer.
The tow hitch works fine up to a certain point. the hitch adapter needs a better way of installing so as to not rotate when backing up. needs some way of locking so it remains straight. an ATV can handle the tongue weight but not a lawn tractor. so I don't recommend using it on a lawn tractor, the hitch and ball length causes the towed vehicles tongue weight to bend the lawn tractors supporting plate which in turn causes the hitch to bend down at a 45 degree nearly breaking the lawn tractors connection point. I do like that I can use it on two different types of trailer couplings. but when backing up where attached the whole hitch will rotate on the bolt no matter how tight you cinch the bolt down. for this reason I only gave it three stars.

This is not my first order with etrailer. The hitch, receiver, and anti rattle piece were exactly as expected. Also, they always have very fast shipping. I will definitely use this site again.
Another great Curt product, including the simple slide that keeps the box from twisting. The hitch itself is also completely versatile, went from log splitter to utility trailer hitch styles very quick.
Received product, have not installed yet. Seems to be very well made. Hoping it will not turn on the frame of ATV under heavy towing loads when backing up. Previous hitch would turn on the frame of ATV (2004 Polaris Sportsman 500HO) even though I used a pneumatic gun to tighten the mounting bolt. Excellent service from George J despite having some issues with credit card transaction.
Excellent product. Works and fits as intended. I primarily use it to move my heavy trailer around. It is truly labor saving and most likely prevented injury in that, previously I was really straining trying to move trailer by myself. If you are considering getting one...ponder no longer...get it...you will love it.

No problems at all. Seems to very sturdy. Use it with a Kawasaki 650 to haul firewood and pull logs out of the timber to cut up.

Working just fine I love it I did have to put a wobble thing on it so it don’t make all that noise but since I added that no noise and works great.
