To install a hitch receiver on your 2004 Honda Rincon 650cc ATV you can use the Curt ATV Ball Mount Adapter with Welded D-Ring # C45006 which installs by bolting on to the tongue of your ATV. This will give you a 2 inch receiver and a D-ring for any of your towing needs.
If you need a hitch ball as well you can by the adapter with either a 1-7/8" hitch ball # C45029 or a 2" hitch ball # C45038.
