Will this hitch work on a 2018 Honda rancher 4x4?

The Curt ATV Towing Starter Kit # C45038 may fit your 2018 Honda FourTrax Rancher though it is not designed as a specific fit for ATVs.
Does your Rancher ATV have a tongue like in the accompanying photo? If so it will simply bolt onto that tongue, which is what would be required for this to fit on your Honda. I took a look at a bunch of photos of this ATV and was unable to determine if it has the tongue but a quick glance at the rear of your ATV and you should be able to tell pretty quickly.
