Great service
Arrived Friday for Memorial Day weekend. Was looking forward to using it for a camping trip but, could not get either side to unlock. Tried both keys numerous times. No luck. Have to wait until Tuesday to call customer service. Not Happy.

This box has served us well. It was subjected to a few heavy rainstorms and stayed dry. Fairly easy to mount by myself. Definately need to keep after it for UV protection as it will fade. Was a good purchase.

Installed Yakima SkyBox NX 18 as advertised. Fit vehicle (Outback with factory bars) perfectly. Careful not to open the clamps to much during first install. You might scratch or dent your roof. Would be good if 3/16 hex wrench was included for horizontal adjustment of bar clamps. Will see it the hinges and fasteners stand the test of time, but it looks like Yakima has a well thought out product.

I used the SkyBox and the added storage space on top really helped alleviate the cramped feeling we would have had in the car. The two sided opening also made packing and unpacking significantly easier than single side toppers. My only complaint is The installation tool could be a bit more ergonomic, but that's a nitpick and it's better than any other install tool I've used anyway. With a growing family, we've been running out of space in our Traverse when driving to and from vacation. The SkyBox lets us move nearly all the luggage on top of the car, freeing up more room inside. This is perfect for anyone with a need for extra storage!
Bought this to replace a Sears box (I think was made by Thule). Like that it opens from either side for installation. The old one required Gorilla arms to tighten.

The cargo box arrived quicker than expected and was in excellent condition.
This is my first box. I have been using bags previously. Man I wish I upgraded sooner. This was a breeze to install, even with the aftermarket Prinsu roof rack. Just had to slide some bars around, and I got a really nice low profile install.
