Worried about someone getting into your RV while you're away? This Halo smart contact sensor sends alerts through the RV Halo app whenever a monitored door or window is opened, so you're notified the moment it happens.
You can't always be inside your RV, but that doesn't mean you have to wonder if someone opened a door or window while you were away. This Halo contact sensor detects when a monitored door or window is opened or closed and sends that activity to your RV Halo system. Through the RV Halo app, you can check the sensor's status and customize when and how you receive notifications.
The sensor communicates over Bluetooth from up to 60' away, depending on obstructions. It connects directly to the Winegard Halo Smart Hub (WG29BJ - sold separately). Compatible Winegard Gateway and ConnecT routers require the Winegard Bluetooth Dongle (WG52JJ - sold separately) to communicate with the sensor.
The sensor mounts to the stationary surface and the magnet mounts to the moving door or window. Position the two pieces so they align when the door or window is closed. When they separate, the sensor registers the change in status. The included CR123A battery provides up to 4 years of operation depending on usage.
