Shipping was fast and perfect with all the necessary parts. Installation was not perfect as the hitch was not designed to clear the bumper bracket flange. I had to cut a small piece of steel on each side of the hitch to allow for clearance. This will not compromise the strength in any way but this is obviously a flaw in Curt’s design for fit on a 2024 Ram 2500. The front license plate bracket also interferes with the hitch attachment opening and I have not come up with a mounting alternative.
Product and shipping were good. Instructions could use work. The bumper brackets on the 2020 Ram 2500 need to be ground down about 1/4” on each side to fit properly. I saw this noted on another review so I was not surprised.
The bolt pattern was a little tight because of a bumper bracket. It did finally go together
This mount was a perfect fit, has been on the front of my truck for a year and we use it to haul bikes on when we pull our camper all the time, highly recommend
It was tough to line up the forward non hardened bolts ..maybe the slots need to be longer ..very heavy duty though..

It hits the bumper support brackets, unless you grind your supports It will not line up, I should have paid attention to the reviews
Hello William. Just want to give you an update. I went ahead and trimmed those little protrusions from the bumper bracket and the hitch went on without any further issues. I won't be returning it, as I'm satisfied with the outcome already. I just wish that Curt had let you guys know this issue in advance. I have no complaints of your team's customer service. I think you all are great. I've ordered several things from your company and I think I will continue to do so in the future. My only request it to please update the info on this hitch so people are aware that trimming is necessary, at least for the 2020 ram 2500 gas model. Thanks.
