Designed for use with "wrench flat" hitch balls, this convenient sleeve slips over your 2-1/2" wide ball mount tongue so that you can easily tighten down your ball with a single wrench. Will not work with hex balls or hex ball mounts.

Couldn't find what I was looking for locally. They would order. 3days wait and not quite double your price. Ordered from etrailer and 3days later I had my parts cheaper with shipping included. Very pleased.
Great product. I won't mount a ball on a trailer hitch without one. You don't have to figure out how to hold the ball while you tighten up the nut.

seems to be well made. didn’t realize you needed a special ball in order for it to work. but that’s probably my fault for not reading the entire description .
