2nd time I have bought a hitch from these guys(gmc terrain) video was awesome had it installed in about 1hr.. Very sturdy and looks great.
Everything lines up perfectly fine. But they sent me the wrong bolts for it so I have to go to the hardware store and get the correct ones.
Hitch receiver was shipped quickly and was very easy to install, fit my Captiva perfectly. Thank you very much.
Ordered a frame mounted receiver hitch for my 2009 Saturn Vue. Shipping was fast, product well made, however when it came time to install it the bolts that came with it were the wrong size! Ended up having to go to local hardware store to get the right ones. If not for that I would have gave 5 stars!
The hitch fit well, the bolts provided did not. They were 1/2 inch, the car is drilled and tapped for 7/16, had to make a 30 mile trip to a hardware store, the 6 bolts are $4 each.
ITEM WAS WELL BUILT.AND INSTALLING WAS RELATIVELY EASY.
PRICE OF ITEM WAS VERY REASONABLE. HITCH WLL BE MAINLY USED FOR BICYCLE RACK, STORAGE PLATFORM, AND SCOOTER/MOTORCYCLE RACK.
Execellent product & cheapIt's very easy to install, I only spended 30min.
You can tell it is a quality made hitch. Thick powder coating, heavy duty (weighs almost 30 lbs, comes with all the necessary hardware, etc). MADE IN THE USA, so you know the welds are not going to crack. One small unfortunate aspect was that due to manufacturing tolerances stack up, it didnt fit my VUE perfectly. I had to slightly oblong (not much) a few of the holes to get all 6 bolts to line up with the weld nuts in the vehicles frame rails. I could tell it was a high grade steel by how difficult it was to drill. In the end, I am still very happy with it and my purchase. Some people say you dont have to drop your exhaust to install it. Perhaps on some other makes/models you dont, but on this one you will need to in order to get it in place and torque all the bolts properly. Dropping the exh on the VUE is easy. 7 rubber grommets and it is down on the ground up to the flex pipes which is enough to move it back and forth out of your way as you work from one side to the other getting things squared away. Took me about 10min to find all the exh hangers coming down, and 2min putting it all back up. I'd also recommend tapping your vehicles weld nuts to ensure the threads are clean and dont damage your new bolts. My needed it. Bolts would not go in without doing so. You will need an M12x1.75 tap to match the threads of the included hardware/frame weld nuts.
Very easy installation on my 2012 Captiva Sport LT. Hitch is out of the way and doesn't look like an ad-on. Shipping was amazingly fast. Received in 3 days. Thanks for the great service.

JImmy, do you have any problems with the installation?I read up here that the bolts didnt match and that you need to remove the exhaust in Saturn Vue. I am wondering if that is the case with the Chevy Capriva.Thanks in advance

The hitch is holding up very well, with just a bit of surface rust inside the receiver, to be expected for sure.
The second tow hitch purchased from eTrailer, a 2014 Chev Captiva LTZ. Quick delivery and easy to install. Thank you once again.

No problems with the hitch after one year. This hitch is real quality. It was so easy to install, I let my wife help hold it up while I put the bolts in.
