Will the hitch #75599 fit a 2009 Saturn vue?

Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 75599 that you have referenced fits the 2001 to 2006 Acura MDX and 2003 to 2008 Honda Pilot. It will not fit a 2009 Saturn Vue.
For the Vue I have included a link to the trailer hitches we offer that do fit. The most popular is Curt hitch # 13594. I have included a link to a video showing a typical installation for you.
I also recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900 if you will be doing some towing. It comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. For trailer wiring use # C56026. I have linked a video showing installation of the wiring harness as well.
