RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables - 6,000 lbs
Solid and reliable cord. Mounting the connectors was straight forward and not difficult.
We have used these for about a year, several trips from GA to NH and MI towing our Jeep it works well with our tow set-up. We use these as secondary protection in case the jeep comes loose from the tow bar.

Roadmaster EZ Hook Safety Cables with Anchors - 64" Long - 8,000 lbs - Qty 2
My tow vehicle went on fire on July 4. If I did NOT have these safety cables, I would not have been able to disconnect my motorhome before it, too, caught fire. I will never tow with the other cables.
Like my original purchases. Great service from eTrailer. Kept track of every step and arrived I. Less time than originally told.

Curt Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables with S-Hooks - 42" Long - 5,000 lbs - Qty 2
Love these cables. First, using coiled cables avoids adjusting chains so they don't drag on the highway. Second, the S hooks are MUCH easier to attach and remove from the hitch on my RAV4. Previously had coiled cables with clevis hooks. They convinced me to stick with coiled cables, but the heavier hooks were harder to manage on my RAV4.
These are my favorite style of safety connections. I prefer these over most safety cables and chains. I would definitely purchase again!

Roadmaster EZ Hook Safety Cables - 76" Long - 8,000 lbs - Qty 2
Had to order a longer set of cables since I use a drop receiver. Ordering was easy and shipping was fast .I won't buy anywhere else but etrailer they are great.
The exact item I ordered, should help make hook up and disconnect a simple process.

Blue Ox 7' Safety Cables - 7,500 lbs - Qty 2
Replacements for original set, one cable damaged during entering a gas station and a recent detachment on highway. These same cables did their job and saved my toad after a locking pin sheared off and my blue ox bar detached from the coach.
Brittany was very knowledgeable and helpful. She steered me clear of a few mistakes and I very much appreciate the help.

I have been using "Coil Cables" for over 30 years. I always tell people about them and suggest over any chain set out there. The coil keeps the cables from dragging the ground and getting chewed up by the road. I suggest the use of 1/2 inch, Grade 8 hardware to attach to your trailer. If you do not have Grade 8 hardware then jump into your car and go get some. Nothing less is sufficient for the task. Do not sell yourself short on attachments. Remember this rule: Your wife and children may be coming from the other direction. Make sure you are safe. etrailer, my thoughts about this company are simple. Great people and great products. In the past I have contacted the Customer Service group twice. Yes only twice in 10+ years of business. My questions and issues were solved fast and we were all happy. Existing chain tight to connect to tow vehicle. Thought this would be a good replacement.
