24x60 Reese Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs
Ordering from etrailer.com was easy, package was delivered early, and assembly took about 15 min. The only negative I have is there was some damage to the top rail ( deep scratches) don't think they came from delivery, the box that the carrier arrived in had no visible damage. Overall I am pleased with the product. I plan on using the carrier on my Pathfinder (hunting vehicle).
I LOVE my Cargo Carrier and Cargo Net! Both have made camping and hauling equipment SO much easier. I can even install by myself and store it away.

GearSpace 34 Enclosed Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitch - Slide Out - 34 cu ft - 300 lbs - Dark Gray
We looked all over for a hardshell storage pod, one that would fit 300 pounds of embroidery hardware. This one from Gearspace fit the bill. Super easy checkout with etrailer.com, and they were the only ones to offer free shipping, and since this is a larger, heavier item, that means LTL Freight. Not [online vendor] and not the Mfg. The GearSpace 34 arrived earlier than promised, and it was an easy unload if you have room for a sixty foot tractor trailer. 190 lbs on a pallet, but it will load right into the back of a pickup real easy. Took about 30 minutes to install, and it went like a breeze. Light test, check... signals, check. Ready to roll on our next RV trip, with lots more room for goodies along the way. This item gets an A+, it works as advertised, and etrailer.com was GREAT. They communicate often and update on order status. even sent out an email to get customer feedback and review, along with some pictures. I'm sure after this stellar review they will send me a nice etrailer hat & Koozie Pictures show the Gearspace 34 loaded with about 200 lbs right now. It never moved an inch and is solid on the mounting hitch hardware. You will not be disappointed with this product, it's top of the line for RV rear storage.
After much research for use of storage and security this Gear Space unit has served us exceptionally well. Our Class B RV is now complete!

19x60 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Aluminum - Folding - 500 lbs
Awesome product easy installation, love that it folds up. Plenty of clearance between the rack and the back of the vehicle to open a back lift gate and load/unload.

20 x 59 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs
Easy to assemble, nice and solid cargo tray! Bought it with the hitch bracket. Note: no hitch pin included.
This turned out to be a great product, very solid once put together. And that is the key issue, putting it together. The directions are almost useless. I would like to greatly thanks the folks who wrote reviews and gave info on putting this product together. The three top tidbits of information were: 1) The "lip" MUST be down for the "Connection profiles" to fit (try putting the two connection parts (one has the reflector on it) onto the bottom frame and you will see how it fits together; 2) You better have 13, 14, &17 mm wrenches and also sockets (to speed things up). All the nuts and bolts except for the hitch pin are metric; and 3) Do not tighten down any of the bolts until you fully assemble the carrier. If you do, you will not be able to get the pieces to fit. Thanks so much to the reviewers who took the time to give such great advice. It is time consuming to put this carrier together, but not difficult if you follow above. It looks good once assembled and should work just fine, haven't put it on my trailer yet.

24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - Tilting - Folding - 500 lbs
We used it for the first time this weekend. Two 300 mile trips and no problems. No rattles. Very quiet.
Super disappointed in this etrailer purchase. The product came in a large box that was fully intact and not damaged. The actual cargo basket was meticulously wrapped and appeared to be brand new as expected. The other components however, like the arm, were in boxes that were smashed, old, worn, and had multiple layers of old tape. The arm itself was scratched and banged up, even rusty in spots. Clearly it was used or had been a returned item. If I wanted a dented, gouged, and rusty Cargo Carrier I would have purchased one used, for half the price. This is not the quality I expect from etrailer.. I have purchased many racks and other items from this company and usually the quality is outstanding. This time they dropped the ball. I have since read other reviews and it is apparent that this is not an isolated incident. I'd have sent it back if it wasn't so damn heavy and awkward to lug around.

GearDeck 17 Enclosed Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Slide Out - 17 cu ft - 420 lbs - Black
Perfect sized box for carry sized luggage and softball game day gear. Proven space saver. Receiver is showing signs of rust otherwise would be a ten. Would buy again.
The cargo carrier generally performed as intended, but it took a lot of tinkering and a warranty replacement of the lid to complete things to our satisfaction. On delivery we found that both two aluminum side stiffeners had been bent during shipment, and were replaced fairly quickly. We then found excessive play in the fit with the receiver, and it was impossible to accommodate a "noise reduction clamp" properly at the hitch, so I used part of a bent aluminum stiffener to apply pressure across the connection between the receiver and the hitch. And lastly, the lid section was warped by over 1", which still kept rain out, but did not keep fine dust out, and it was very unsightly. After a bit of discussion, a replacement lid was provided at no cost, which I have not yet had the chance to inspect as it was delivered to our Arizona home over the summer, and we spend the summer in Canada.

Ultra-Fab Dirt Bike Carrier for 2" Hitches - With Ramp - 77" Long - 500 lbs
I can't say I'm entirely happy with my purchase. The instructions were more confusing than helpful. Note in "instruction.jpg" photo of STEP 1 that the text says to put the 8 small bolts in from the inside first, but the drawing clearly shows them as going in from the outside. The last step says to place the ramp onto the receiver as shown.... glad I didn't throw away the box because there is no drawing that shows ramp installation. Actually, the photo on the box was more helpful than any of the instructions. Also, I need to make a trip to the hardware store to buy longer medium bolts because the ones that came with the carrier were not long enough to fully engage the self locking feature of the nylon lock nuts. At a minimum a couple of threads should protrude beyond the nylon. See photo "nut.jpg". The bolt threads don't reach the end of the nylon, so the self locking feature is not fully engaged. I did tighten the nut, but that was as far as it would go. I think once I get back from the hardware store with the new medium bolts and after I reverse the 8 small bolts (I followed the drawing and not the text of the instructions), I'll be OK with the carrier.
"Instantly Get Rid of Wobble and Upgrade With Lights" This is not a 5 because ramp should be longer & there should be some type stabilizer to temporary hold bike while strapping down, I'd pay more for those upgrades. The wobble can instantly be solved by hooking Tie-Straps closest to vehicle directly to the receiver where you hook your chains, rather than hooking them to the provided holes on carrier itself. You of course use the provided strap holes ones on the opposite side. When strapped down as stated, the carrier now becomes one with the vehicle & @ 80mph there is no wobble. (*TIP: Put ramp back in its place before strapping down or else it won't fit with the strap hooks in the way.) I upgraded mine with lights for both safety reasons & not needing the Police any reason to pull me over. It was very simple and cost me nothing but time & maybe $50. I recommend this product whole heartedly.

32x48 Reese Solo Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 400 lbs
I received the package in a pretty rough exterior condition but everything was fine inside. The previous comments about having to cut away the expanded metal flooring in order to install the carriage bolts wasn't true in my case. Apparently, this quality control issue has been addressed by the manufacturer. Assembly went well and wasn't complicated. A different carriage bolt with a longer square shoulder should be used. The shoulder doesn't grip too well to the square cutout in the frame and even while pressing firmly on the head of the bolt, it wanted to turn as I was tightening the nut. All in all, it seems to be a solid product and I look forward to using it.
I wish the load capacity was a bit higher, but overall I am satisfied with the cargo carrier. It is perfect for lugging my two dog crates behind my vehicle instead of inside the vehicle. Thank you for offering a dimensionally larger cargo carrier than most retailers.
etrailer Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2020 Nissan Pathfinder
Zach: Hey guys, Zach here at etrailer.com and today we're going to be taking a look at the etrailer aluminum cargo carrier on our 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. So this cargo carrier is going to be a great way to get some gear out of the back of the vehicle so you're not piling stuff up and blocking your rear view there. Or if you've just got dirty gear that you don't want to get in the back of the vehicle. So the best thing about this thing in my opinion is how it's made of aluminum. So it's going to do a really good job of holding up against rust and corrosion, and it's going to be really lightweight. So for a 22 by 60 cargo carrier, which is a pretty good size and having a 500 pound capacity, usually those are really heavy.
etrailer Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2020 Nissan Pathfinder e98874
Hey, guys. Zach here at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to be taking a look at the etrailer folding and tilting cargo carrier on our 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. This is going to be a great solution if you're looking to get gear and stuff out of the back of your vehicle to use that third row. Or if you're like me, I hate having stuff stacked up in the back where I can't see out of my back glass, so I picked one of these up myself. It's worked out really great for my family on all of our trips. One of the coolest things that I like about this one, is when you get stuff stacked up here, when you're trying to get into a back hatch, depending on how high it is, you can pull these pins and clips and you can tilt this away.
etrailer Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2020 Nissan Pathfinder e98872
Zack: Hey guys, Zack here at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to be taking a look at etrailer folding cargo carrier on our 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. This cargo carrier is a great solution if you need to free up some space in your vehicle for your third row, or if you just have some dirty or wet items that you don't want to toss in the vehicle. So you can bring everything out here, secure it down, and it's going to be a great solution to get that stuff to where you need to go. It looks a little compact with the height and stuff, but it's going to give you a lot of surface area to get a lot of gear on here. So it's going to be 62 inches wide by 24 and three quarters.
Curt 24x60 Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2020 Nissan Pathfinder
Zack: Hey guys, Zack at trailer.com. Today we're going to be taking a look at the Curt 23 by 60 cargo carrier on our 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. So this is going to be one of the bigger cargo carriers that we offer. It's going to do a really good job of getting all your gear out of the back of your car so you can make room for the more sensitive items that you don't want to get wet. Also, if you just have dirty items that you don't want to get in the interior of your vehicle. So this is going to be a really good, nice steel construction cargo carrier.
Reese 24x60 Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2020 Nissan Pathfinder
Hey guys, Zach here at etrailer.com. Today. We're going to be taking a look at the Reese cargo carrier on our 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. This is going to be a great solution to get stuff out of the back of your vehicle. If you want to use a third row, also, this is going to be a really nice solution to just carry stuff that you don't want to get in the back of the vehicle because it's dirty, wet, messy. I like to use mine to carry landscaping stuff in the spring time, just so I don't have mulch and other things in the back of the car, it's going to be a pretty good size.
What our customers are saying:
"I received my cargo carrier today. I ordered the 52018 and I just put it together and put it on my 1996 Land Rover Discovery. I must say, the fit and finish is AWESOME! I slid it into the trailer hitch receiver and then stood on the center beam and the carrier acted as if I weren't there. I can now take my family of five to Florida in our new Land Rover and carry all of our luggage and SCUBA gear. Thanks for the great product at a great price and with great service."
