Thule Canyon XT Roof Cargo Basket - Steel - 49" x 40" x 6" - 150 lbs
I love this basket! Once I centered on cross braces, it was easy to leave the connectors in same spot. Also, low enough profile to drive in and out my garage. We have a screen door so that made it a shorter height than traditional garage door.
We were very happy with our Thule roof rack. The low profile design works well and does not have too much wind noise compared to others I’ve had. It’s held up very well also through the seasons.

Product appears to be extremely well built (like other Curt products I’ve owned) and is also very heavy! That being said, it was pretty simple and straight forward putting it together. I believe it took me about 30 mins total (including set up and clean up). I think the products is well worth the money!

Installation of the Rhino Rack was straightforward with the detailed instructions. The online installation videos and product overview were very helpful in making the purchase and in giving me the comfort level knowing I could install the rack on my own. We're extremely pleased with the unique and rugged look of the Rhino Rack compared to others on the market. The customer service and ordering process were excellent.
Great product. Great quality. Instructions not real clear, so took me a couple of hours to assemble. Then another 15-20 minutes to secure to roof racks. I was working alone, extra hands would have helped. But extremely happy with quality and looks of product. We have lots of family that visit us, so I plan to carry luggage on the rack to free up space inside the vehicle on trips to and from the airport.

Curt Roof Mounted Cargo Basket - 64-1/2" Long x 39" Wide x 7-1/4" Tall - 150 lbs
I only use the roof rack for vacations because they make cars so small on the interior now a days. It handles quite a bit of luggage. Including two big size luggage and two small is how I travel. Make sure to get water proof covers and good straps. I stopped every 3 hours to make sure load was secure and drove over 700 miles without any issues. The rack will make whistle noise because of the wind passing through the bars but I just toned it out and blasted the radio . The product is great and sturdy easy on and easy off. My only complaint is putting on the wind guard. I couldn’t figure it out because the instructions have poor information on the wind plate. Also it took two deliveries to receive the product due to my first delivery being opened/ repackaged and missing parts like keys. I returned it and got the product in a new package with no more issues. Customer service was very helpful also and communication was well organized. Make sure to order well in advance just incase you might have to send the product back because of packaging issues. Also product is easy to store without disassembly of the rack rails. I put it in my garage and it takes up no space. I hope this review helps someone. Thank you
I love the rack and the extended length is great on my Sequoia. I am disappointed with the finish on it as the connector plates are already showing signs of rust….. I like it enough that I’m going to repaint it with something more suited to our climate…

Great item and unbeatable price!
Everything came together with no problems, the only concern I had was the carrier box (end view) stated that the dimensions were 60X20 however, on the (flat face) of box it stated 60X24. Happily when I opened it the carrier measured 24 inches wide, well 23 7/8 " to be precise. Oh and the cargo net I bought was one big tangled mess. It took two of us 15 minutes to get it untangled. I only hope it stays that way. I think for the size cargo carrier I bought , we came up with to large of a net. Oh well! I could not be happier with the professionalism and thought for customer that etrailer has puts forth. Whoever designed their approach to marketing at etrailer really did a great job. I was easy and quite fun making my purchases. And their Customer Service is fantastic. Thanks to all of you at etrailer.

Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box - 16 cu ft - Matte Black

This was purchased off of the etrailer.com website as a "damaged" item at a significantly reduced price. The description on the website described the damage very well and the cargo box has no functional issues of any kind. Also, the cargo box arrived much earlier than I anticipated. Furthermore, when I noticed that the box arrived with the load securing straps missing I emailed etrailer customer support and they had Thule send me two new ones right away. Couldn't be more pleased with etrailer and this cargo box. It fits my 2014 Honda CRV with factory crossbars with just a little bit of rear hatch interference (restricts opening by maybe an inch or two, but can still fully use the rear hatch). Can't speak to durability quite yet as I've only used the cargo box a few times to transport skis and snowboard and plan to use it year-round for road trips. A really great, simple cargo box!

Malone Profile18B Rooftop Cargo Box - 18 cu ft - Black
I’m ultra-pleased with my Malone Profile18b cargo box! I scoured the internet researching these things. I think I looked at every large capacity model around 18 cu ft for my Nissan Armada. There’s lots of good ones out there to choose from. I almost bought a Thule Motion XT, but I decided to go with this Malone cargo box because it had the specs I was looking for at a much better price (18 cu ft for under $xx.xx!). After examining it closely, it seems to be fantastic quality, fit and finish it great, and functions perfectly. It opens and locks from both sides—and new for this year, it has an awesome new 1-click dial attach system that installs and removes easily and holds strong. Also, It’s one of the BEST LOOKING rooftop cargo boxes out there. The Italian shape and glossy black finish looks very high-end. For the money, you can’t beat this box. If you’re considering a rooftop cargo box, don’t hesitate on getting this Malone.
This is a nice box. I have not used it yet takes a little time to get everything centered and put in place. Had a plastic film over the glass finished so nothing got scratched. Just remember if you have a sunroof like I do you will not be able to use it because it cannot lift up high enough to get open.

20x47 Reese Cargo Carrier for 1-1/4" Hitches - Steel - 300 lbs
I would have given this item 5 stars except for the box it was in. The two halves of the box weren't taped or stapled together. It's a wonder everything was still in box. Box has handholds that weren't used and box had a large hole in it (see photo). Hand holds are not obvious, they are the push in type and weren't pushed it to move box. Product easy to put together and will serve its purpose for me. Etrailer also price matched this item after I found it from another supplier for quite a bit less money. They stand by their word, which will keep me as a customer. Thanks.

SportRack Vista XL Cargo Box - Roof Mount - 18 cu ft - Black
Our SportRack cargo box has worked as hoped / advertised since we bought it over a year ago. What initially attracted me to this particular product was the size and design - it holds A LOT, and the way it opens from the back has helped protect our stuff from getting wet and damaged.
Our family of 4 took two trips with this box. One was a week-long driving/camping trip from Texas to Appalachian Mountains. It has plenty of room for sleeping bags/tent/chairs/misc. We drove about 80 mph on open highway, drove through rainstorms and had no problems. I have a 2013 Toyota 4Runner and needed to buy crossbars that fit my vehicle before installing the box. I learned not to leave loose clothing in the cargo box while driving on the highway. Small clothing can get sucked out of the small sliver of an opening created along the side while driving fast. Now I put towels, dirty clothes in a duffel bag to prevent this. Remember to avoid parking garages!

Thule Sidekick Roof Mounted Cargo Carrier Box - U-Bolt Mounts - 8 Cubic Feet
Nothing like the Thule Box I bought in the 90's that carried 80 pounds of gear for 15 years out on top of the car without wearing or fading. This box is made of much thinner material, flexes too much, the bar attachment hardware is cheap, the plastic nuts quickly cross-thread and the rods are already corroding, locks are fussy. The box bends under modest loading; will not be buying Thule cargo stuff anymore.
This cargo box looks great on top of my Subaru. It was easy to install and it was very secure during my travels across southeast US. Had daughter, two teenagers, my dog, and myself traveling and the extra space was perfect. Cody O was wonderful during the ordering process over the phone and internet.

Rhino-Rack Zenith MasterFit Rooftop Cargo Box - 14 cu ft - High Gloss Black
Application = 2021 Subaru WRX Base. Perfectly functional, and a great look.
This was a great experience from start to finish. etrailer: After placing the order, I called regarding shipping and quickly got the answer to my question. The box shipped by ground freight, and arrived almost a week before the original scheduled delivery date. The Rhino arrived perfect with protective wrap, and all the required parts. Rhino Rack: This thing is awesome. Unless you jump up into the $1000+ price point, your rooftop carrier options are limited. My two requirements were to fit my skis (181 & 183 cm) and to allow my tailgate to open fully. The Rhino delivered! Bonus that both baby strollers fit as well (Instep baby trailer and Vista Uppababy). Only a week in, but so far the Rhino box and MasterFit clamps seem solid. The ratchet/locking mechanism on the clamps is just ok, you don't have to twist too hard to over power the lock or feel like you are stripping something internally. The hinges are beefy, but don't take up a ton of storage space. It opens from both sides, and you can't remove the key unless it's locked, which is nice for those of us that don't enjoy picking up our stuff on the highway. Also, if you're like me and spent way too much time on mr-box.com, you'll be pleased to know that this thing doesn't look lame. It's pretty sleek, somewhat low profile, with a touch of Euro. It's not too wide, even on the narrow rails of the A4 Allroad there's extra bar space. I could probably squeeze an upright kayak rack, small ski pinchers, or for the ten of us in the world that own RoadShowers...the RoadShower 4 fits no problem. I definitely recommend a Rhino from etrailer.
