We have exactly what you are looking for in regards to a roof rack for your 2019 Subaru Crosstrek that will work the Thule cargo box. For something that is inexpensive, easy to use, and locks, go with a roof rack from Malone. It is also compatible with the Thule cargo box, and the two parts are the following:
- Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack # MPG216
- Thule Motion XT Rooftop Cargo Box # TH629806
The AirFlow2 rack will just clamp on and off the raised side rails of your '19 Crosstrek so you can use it when you like with the cargo box and also remove it at anytime with ease. The feet also have locks in them so you don't have to buy those separately, giving you complete security for the rack.
