Hey guys, Connor here at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to be taking a look at the CIPA universal towing mirrors for our 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. At least towing mirrors are going to be a great addition to our Jeep because we're going to be limited with the factory side mirrors and how much of our trailer we can see as well as our blind spots.A really nice feature about the CIPA mirrors in particular for the dual mirror faces here as you can see, they're both adjustable and however, the larger mirror face is actually going to be better for seeing our trailer, whereas the smaller mirror face here is actually going to be better for seeing our blind spots while we're out on the road. Now, a really nice feature about these CIPA towing mirrors is that they're extremely universal, meaning they can fit all different shapes and sizes of factory side mirrors.There's two hinges here as well as two adjustment points here. And then again, two straps, so we can adjust the tightness and get the tension desire. Just as a reference point, I'm standing directly beside the trailer now, which we can clearly see with our factory side mirrors.

Connor: Hey guys, Connor here at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to be taking a look at the CIPA clip on universal towing mirrors for our 2017 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. You see Potomac Mills here are going to be an excellent option for a Jeep Wrangler. They're going to allow us to see parts of our trailer that we wouldn't normally be able to see with the factory side mirrors. This is going to give us peace of mind when we're out in the highway so we can change lanes better. We don't have to worry about someone coming up on our blind spot and creating issues when we need to merge.



K Source Clip-on Towing Mirror Installation - 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited

Today on our 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install, the K Source Universal Clip On Towing Mirror, part number KS3891. So here I am at the back of my trailer and you can clearly see my in the factory mirror. But if I step away, you lose track of me. But that's where our tow mirrors going to come into play. Now it's going to give us a better view of what's around us, whether we're driving down the highway, backing up our trailer, or even pulling up to the campgrounds. Our tow mirror's going to have full adjustability, and we're going to be able to adjust it up and down, left and right, to get that perfect viewing angle, as well as being able to rotate it to the side for a wide angle view. Now the way it's going to attach, is there's going to be four small tabs that fit in between our glass and our housing, as well as two straps that are going to come around the back side. Now even though our mirror is going to attach to our factory mirror, we're not going to lose any adjustability, still being able to adjust our factory mirror to the full extent, so we can safely get down the road. And for those close quarter situations, maybe pulling it a parking spot, we can still fold our mirror in, just want to be aware that we can't fold it fully in because it will make contact right here on the door. Now on the back, we're going to have two straps that are going to secure it down, and they're going to have a nice rubber pad that not only's going to give us a nice grip to our factory mirror, but it's also going to give us a little protection, so we're not going to have to worry about any abrasions on our factory mirror. Now one thing I really like about these mirrors is the fact that they are universal. So if you have several different vehicles in your family that you tow with, chances are they might fit those as well.

Today on our 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited we're gonna be taking a look at showing you how to install this Cipa Universal Clamp On Towing Mirror, part number CM11980. Here I am at the back of my trailer and you can clearly see me in the factory mirror, but if I step away you're gonna lost track of me, but that's where our tow mirror comes into play. This is gonna give us a greater field of view of what's going on around us and it's gonna help us, whether we're driving down the highway, backing our trailer up or even pulling up to the campgrounds. Our mirror's gonna be fully adjustable, so we can get the correct angle when we go down the road and we're even able to turn it to the side to get more of a wide angle view. Now, the arm here is extendable, so we can just loosen up this knob here and we can slide our mirror out, tighten it back down and having even more of a wide angle view. Now, the way our tow mirror's gonna attach is it's gonna clamp on in these two spots to our factory mirror houses going right underneath our glass and our housing. It's gonna have a nice landing rubber pad, so we don't have to worry about any scratches or abrasions on our factory mirror. Now, the clamps or the landing pad's not gonna interfere with our mirror and we're still gonna have full adjustment being able to get the perfect angle to get us down the road safely. For those tight quarter situations where we may need to fold our mirror in we're still able to do that even with the mirror attached. Now, one of my favorite things about these mirrors is the fact that they are universal, so if you have several different vehicles in your family that you tow with chances are these might fit those as well. Now, they do come in a quantity of one, so if you need one for the passenger side, so ahead and order using the same part number. Now that we've gone over some of the features and benefits let's show you how easy it is to get this installed.



Rampage Custom Towing Mirrors Review - 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited

Today, on our 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Rampage custom towing mirrors for the driver and passenger side. That's going to be part number RA8605. Here I am at the back of my trailer, and you clearly see me in my factory mirror, but if I step away, you lose track of me. That's where our towing mirrors are going to come into play. Whether we're driving down the highway and we need to change lanes, park our trailer, pull up to the campground, or even if we're off-roading in our Jeep, this is going to greatly benefit us and give us a wide angle and a wider view so we know what's going on around us. Both of them are going to install under five minutes, so if we're ever off-roading or doing any rock crawling in our Jeep, this is going to be a great option to give us a wider view so we can know what's going on. Our custom-fit mirror is going to fully adjustable. We're going to be able to angle the mirror pretty much any way we need to to get that perfect view. The way our mirror is going to attach, it's going to have a couple hooks that hook onto the housing of our mirror along with this strap that's going to come around and secure it down. It is constructed of a nice plastic that's going to match similar to our factory mirror giving it that nice, sleek look. The two hooks here on our tow mirror, as well as the rubberized strap on the inside aren't going to interfere with our factory mirror, so we're still going to be able to adjust it without losing anything.
