The Dutton-Lainson Offset Trailer Spare Tire Carrier # DL22120 is indeed designed for wheel sizes of 9- to 14-inches. It is not recommended for 15-inch tires due to the reduced ground clearance from mounting this large a tire on a typical-height trailer.
We do offer the Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier, part # FSTC1000301, that fits trailer frames up to 3-inches wide and 4-inches high and works with 4-on-4 and 5-on-4-1/2 wheel bolt patterns. This tire carrier offers 5-1/2-inches of rise... view full answer...

According to Surco, their # BT300 spare tire mounted bike rack can handle three bikes weighing up to 35 lbs apiece for a total capacity of 105 lbs. I'm not aware of any vehicle manufacturer having a stated capacity for their spare tire holder. We've never heard of a factory installed spare tire mount on a vehicle failing because a spare tire mount bike rack was used, the rack should work just fine for you. view full answer...
You will need to measure to find out if you will have enough clearance for the Thule Double Track Bike Rack, part # TH990, to clear your spare tire. The distance from the hitch pin hole on the rack to the closest upright portion of the rack that could interfere with the spare tire is 11-1/2 inches.
You will want to measure 11-1/2 inches back from the pin hole on your hitch to see if that distance will clear your spare tire. view full answer...

The issue with the newer Jeep backup camera is the location of the camera as well as obstructed views when the rack is installed. There really isn't a great spare tire mounted option to avoid this issue, but either the Malone Hanger Spare T3 OS - Spare Tire Mount - 3 Bike Carrier - Anti-Sway Cages - Safety Reflectors # MPG2147 or the Hollywood Racks SR1 2-Bike Carrier - Spare Tire Mount # HRSR1 is the best option for view with bike rack loaded.

The distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the furthest part of the Roadmaster Spare Tire Carrier # RM-195125 is 16 inches, with the furthest part of the carrier that sticks out being the mounting bracket.

I spoke with my contact at Curt Manufacturing about Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier, # c31006. He stated that it will hold your spare provided that the trailer hitch on the front of your vehicle is also capable of supporting the combined weight of the spare and the carrier.

Most likely yes as the RockyMounts MonoRail Bike Rack # RKY10004 has a solid amount of spare wheel/tire clearance but you'll need to take one simple measurement. Measure from the center of your hitch pin out 11 inches. If that distance is greater than distance from pin hole to outer edge of spare wheel this will easily fit and clear.
In general we have found that unless the Jeep has an off road tire that is extra wide 11 inches is easily plenty of clearance. view full answer...

Although you could drill additional holes in the tire mount that would match up with those of the pintle mount, the two pieces really are not meant to work together.

The best way to transport bikes on your 2010 Suzuki Grand Vitara is to install a trailer hitch like Curt Class III hitch # C13001 and to then use a hitch-mount bike carrier. The advantages of using a hitch-mount rack are higher overall bike/weight capacity than any spare-tire-mounted rack, the ability to use the hitch for other items such as a cargo carrier # C18151 or for towing, and that your bike rack's and bikes' combined weight is carried by the vehicle's frame - it's strongest part.
