First you will need a 7-Way # C58155 which will allow you to connect directly to the trailer 7-way. The hitch you're looking for is the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH67FR. This is the same as the SHR33003 you were looking for. The available trailer hitches for a 2007 Volvo XC70 are all class II hitches with 1-1/4 inch hitch receivers. These trailer hitches have a gross trailer weight capacity of 3,500 pounds and a tongue weight capacity of either 300 or 350 pounds.
You could go with an adapter like the Brophy # HTAD which converts a 1-1/4 inch receiver to a 2 inch receiver. However, I do not recommend it because it will reduce your tongue weight capacity by half.

We carry a few different style chains that fit tire size 235/55-R19. However, according to your 2016 Volvo XC90 owner's manual. Your vehicle has a clearance issue between the wheel and tire and the wheel well of the car.
Your owner's manual states that only single-sided snow chains can be used on this vehicle.

Anything that will adapt from a 1-1/4" hitch to mate with a 2" accessory will also extend the mounting point to some degree. I suggest the Hitch Adapter 1-1/4" to 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver, # 80303 as this is the shortest option available. This will extend the hitch pin out 6" from current but will allow you to use 2" accessories with your 1-1/4" hitch.
