For your 2004 Itasca Suncruiser, with an Atwood RV Water Heater w/ Heat Exchange AT94023, which is no longer available, I recommend going with the Dometic RV Water Heater # DMC74FR.
This tank is a bit smaller at 6 gallons, versus AT94023 10 gallon capacity, but will also produce up to 12 gallons of hot water per hour, which should be plenty.
Additionally, this unit has an aluminum clad tank, that does a great job preventing corrosion, and also has a high-temperature limit switch, which... view full answer...
We do carry the Advent AC units, but the ACRG11 is an older model that has been discontinued. If you are looking to replace it, I recommend the # ACRG15 which comes with the distribution box and wall thermostat. To replace the AC unit itself we have the Advent # ACM135. This is a white 13,500 BTU unit. Installation would require wiring the AC unit to the distribution box, and wiring the thermostat so it is not exactly a plug and play install. view full answer...
The screen door slide you selected, Valterra # A77022, and all other options are shown on the linked page. In the specific size of this slide, 11-11/16 x 11-7/8-inches, all items are from Valterra and will have the same thickness dimension.
Lippert 12 x 12 Bubble Slider Panel part # LC234101 is fairly close to the size of the Valterra slides but it is a bit thicker at 1-3/16-inches.
Because these are general-application replacement parts their fit may not be exact to the original and... view full answer...
For front air bags that fit inside of the coil springs on your 2002 Workhorse P32 chassis you will need # AL81560. You can roll up these bags and insert them up from the bottom through the hole below the coil spring mounts that you have described. No need to remove the springs for installation!
I have included a helpful link to other stability products for your particular RV chassis as well. view full answer...
Hey Mike,
I'll go ahead and list out the highest-rated front and rear SumoSprings for your 2006 Workhorse W22 chassis (which fit so long as it is 2-wheel drive):
- Rear: SumoSprings Maxim Custom Helper Springs - 7,000 lbs # SSR-280-54-1
- Front: SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - 1,500 lbs # SSF-280-47
You made a smart choice going with SumoSprings because they do a superb job of stabilizing your rig if it starts to rock from heavy winds, or when taking a tight turn. So they'll... view full answer...
Hey Brad, thanks for reaching out!
The Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL74000 is a dual path compressor which means it can control up to 2 air bags (or 2 sets of air bags). You might be able to find a specialty air compressor kit out there, but all of the options that I've heard of are either single path or dual path; I have yet to come across one that controls 4 air bags independently. This means you'll need 2 of the compressor kits in order to operate 4 bags individually.

What is the flange to flange width of your bedroom topper? If you can get me that measurement I'll be able to recommend the correct slide-topper for you.
Attached is a photo showing where to measure. view full answer...
Hey Claude! The SumoSprings are not the same for the front and rear axle. Sometimes they are only available for the front and not for the rear due to the design of the vehicle/chassis. Do you know what model that Workhorse chassis is?
I wasn't able to find any specific information on the Workhorse models, only those with the Roadmaster chassis. If it is a W20, W22, or W24 you can use the SumoSprings Maxim Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SSR-280-54-1. If you have something else please... view full answer...
The only parts list for your triple step is attached. It unfortunately does not give the breakdown to the extent you are seeking with Teflon plate and wave washer as those parts are not replacement options from the manufacturer. I've attached the best parts list from the manufacturer I can get as an attempt to help. If your parts are worn then I recommend getting the replacement kit # LC379804 because not all the parts you are seeking are replacement options. view full answer...
I do have suspension enhancement options for a 2002 Workhorse P42 Chassis but there are no air bags available unfortunately. Instead, you can use the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System. The correct one will be based off the suspension. The part # TGMRP30MH is for models with bump stop over u-bolt pad and part # TGMRP30 is for models with bump stop on the frame. These options all work well to provide additional support. view full answer...

I reached out to the manufacturer who told me the Kwikee Series 25 Steps # LC365837 you are looking to replace your older steps with will not work. This is what they told me:
"Per my parts department, based on the information you have provided, they can verify that the customer is replacing a Series 23 Kwikee step assembly with a series 25 Kwikee step assembly. He needs to be advised not to do this, as they will not fit or bolt up properly. The frame sizes are different from one another... view full answer...
A sway bar (usually the name you know from passenger vehicles) is an anti-sway bar like those in the link I have provided. Anti-sway bars work to reduce side to side movement of the vehicle, giving you more control. They also work to reduce roll when cornering for a better ride. The weight of the load will be more balanced across the length of the axle. And the ride will be more level.

Hey Jim, welcome back! That camera system is obsolete so you will need a complete replacement to upgrade to color cameras. For the best system with a rear and side cameras I recommend the Furrion Vision S+ Wireless RV Observation System w/ 3 Cameras # FR64AD. This will give you a nice, clear view of your surroundings and allows you to see multiple angles at once on the 7" screen. This Vision S+ also has motion detection and the ability to record for added security at the campground.

Hi Mike!
I assume yours is an older one? The new Kar Kaddy SS comes with disc brakes, which is why I ask.
Anyway, the etrailer Hydraulic Trailer Brake - Uni-Servo - 10" - Right Hand - 3,500 lbs # AKUBRK-35R (and left hand # AKUBRK-35L) follows the standard 4-bolt mounting pattern (see attached picture), which may work with your Demco Kar Kaddy SS. But, I couldn't find the bolt pattern for it listed anywhere, so I would definitely measure this to make sure.
If you get an odd measurement... view full answer...
Hey Doug, thanks for the information! For the front end of your 2004 Holiday Rambler, I recommend the Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar and Bushing Kit item # RM-1109-116. This anti-sway bar will help with side to side movement, driver fatigue, and body roll. This sway bar fits if your Workhorse has a coil spring independent suspension and you do not have the widebody style. If you have the widetrack you'll need item # RM-1109-200.
For the rear end, I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000... view full answer...
Hey Jim, the BrakeBuddy Towed Vehicle Battery Charge Line Kit part # BB54FR that you referenced does not put a heavy enough charge on the vehicle battery to cause any over charging issues. It would basically keep it topped off and would not try to do anything beyond that. view full answer...
Hello Joe,
Great question. The Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer with Mounting Brackets for Class A Motor Homes # RM-RBK13-RSSA is a great fit for you 2002 Newmar on a W22 Workhorse Chassis. The good news is that it is not going to put any extra strain on the steering pump and this is because the steering stabilizer is a passive part (it doesn’t force anything, it just helps control unwanted movement). The # RM-RBK13-RSSA is designed to give you full turning radius, the only thing... view full answer...
