To lift your trailer we'll first need to check of the suspension and see if you have torsion axles or a leaf spring suspension. If you have torsion axles then I'll need to see the axle tag in order to determine what you have so I can pick out the correct kit. If you have a leaf spring suspension then you'll just need to check if the leaf springs sit below the axle (underslung) and measure the diameter of the axle.

Before you replace your unit try first, removing the screws holding your unit to your Winnebago. Then, remove the plug at the rear of the unit, wait 60 seconds, and plug back in. What you're needing to fix your problem is the 7-Way Vehicle Power Adapter # FR87PR. GM, in their almighty wisdom, decided to lower the power output on the 12V pin in certain situations so what's happening is your jack isn't able to get enough power. This adapter basically prompts your truck to send out more power at the plug so your jack will be able to work.
Your blinkers and brakes are on different circuits which is why they haven't been affected.
