I may have a solution for you. The Replacement Rubber Strip # TH853354407 is designed to fit into a channel that is 7/16 of an inch wide on the top and 7/8 of an inch wide at the bottom. I have included a diagram that shows these measurements. You can use that to confirm that this will work for you but I have also included a review from someone who has a VW Golf that said this replacement part worked for their VW Branded racks.

However, this is not the case for every Thule Cargo Box so I would really need to know exactly what model you have in order to recommend the correct locks for it.
