I spoke with my technical contact at Titan and showed him the photo that you sent in of your actuator. My contact confirmed that you actuator is a Model 60. The right replacement master cylinder for you will depend on what kind of brakes the actuator is designed for. If the brakes have never been changed out, you can determine this by checking if the trailer has disc or drum brakes.

To replace the end cap for the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack # MPG215 on your 2016 Toyota RAV4 you'll need the kit # MPG1012. This comes with 4 of the end caps which gives you a few extras in case something like this happens again in the future. Because you mentioned having a support bow, there are only certain brands that have a cover like that for your 6 foot bed.
If you have the Extang Tuff Tonno Soft Tonneau Cover - Snapless J-Strip - Roll Up - Vinyl # EX14915 you will need replacement cover # EX13915 and the bow ends # EX4100. There is not a replacement bow, so if you lost it or broke it then you'd need a new complete kit.

However, I actually recommend you take a look at the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 118378 instead which we have found to be much more reliable.
