Hello Berry. The light readings for the # RVSTLB60 are on the tail 701 / 296 and the candela is 7.8. On the stop is 706 / 293 and the candela is 97.4.
The light readings for the # RVSTLB61 are on the tail 702 / 287 and the candela is 7.6. On the stop is 708 / 291 and the candela is 96.8.
Between the other stop, turn, tail lights in this size there is not really any significant differences in lumen output. I recommend sticking with the optronics lights. They are known to be great quality... view full answer...

Typically scissor jacks like the etrailer # TJSCHD-24-4 you're asking about are mounted perpendicular. I think it has to do more with the orientation of the mounting bracket on the jacks than it does strength.

The receiver tube of the Stromberg Carlson Adjustable Accessory Hitch Receiver # SC45MR is going to stick out 4-11/16" past the crossmember and since both tubes are 2" x 2" the height from the bottom of the receiver tube to the top of the crossmember would be 4". The flat brackets on the end of the adjustable crossmember tubes are 7-1/4" x 3" while the angled brackets are 7-1/4" x 2".

The Trailer Wheel Center Cap # 319EZ may be a little too big if you measured right at 3-1/8" for your hub bore. Since this is a fairly precise measurement I recommend taking it again and possibly use a digital caliper like part # PTW80157 if you have one handy to make sure it fits.

Your 2019 Shasta Oasis 26BH is going to have a maximum loaded weight rating(GVWR) of 7,550lbs according to the tag you sent in. The 4,500lbs you are seeing on the internet is most likely referring to the dry weight of the camper when it leaves the factory. This weight is not accounting for the propane, battery, water and any gear/supplies you load into the camper for a trip. That is where the maximum weight comes into notice.
