Unfortunately we do not have towing components like a hitch or wiring that have been confirmed to fit on the 2020 Land Rover Defender yet, but if your vehicle came with the towing package included you should already have a hitch and wiring present though. I did a little research on the Defender, great choice, by the way. With the rear-mounted spare tire, you're going to need a rack setup that provides quite a bit of clearance behind the vehicle.
From what I was able to find, you'll want a rack that sits at least 12" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the rack to clear the spare tire. Because of that, I think your best option is going to be a swing-away setup like the Yakima... view full answer...

Unfortunately Kent, with your 2023 Land Rover Defender having the cover over the spare tire it prevents it from being able to use a spare tire mounted bike rack. The Thule Spare Me 2 Bike Rack # TH963PRO you found is designed to mount using the lug bolts which hold the spare tire. And other racks like the Malone # MPG2148 rely on the tire itself to help hold the rack in place. If used on your cover it would slide and shift to easily as well as scratch the cover.

Sorry to bring you bad news, but there are no custom towing mirrors currently available for your 2025 Land Rover Defender 110. You may be able to use some universal mirrors like the CIPA mirrors part # CM11980-2. You can use this mirrors as long as there is some space between the mirror housing and the mirror itself. The bottom of the clamp that would slide into that space is 1/16" thick at the thickest point.
