I need a bike rack for my LR Defender 2023 with a spare tire. i dont have a hitch. i couldnt find one to fit the vehicle

Unfortunately Kent, with your 2023 Land Rover Defender having the cover over the spare tire it prevents it from being able to use a spare tire mounted bike rack. The Thule Spare Me 2 Bike Rack # TH963PRO you found is designed to mount using the lug bolts which hold the spare tire. And other racks like the Malone # MPG2148 rely on the tire itself to help hold the rack in place. If used on your cover it would slide and shift to easily as well as scratch the cover.

As you do not have a receiver the only option I can give is a roof mounted carrier. This will depend if you already have a factory rack or rails. If you want more information on this option I need to know what model Defender you have and if you have any factory rails or crossbars.
