The Invisi Brake # RM-8700 and the Blue Ox Patriot II part # BRK2019 are both supplemental brake systems but they are pretty far apart in every other way. The # BRK2016 is a much simpler to install setup that works very well. But you have to install and remove it every time you want to flat tow/drive. For this style though it is the best setup.

It sounds like you are needing the replacement rubber strips for the bottom channel of your Thule AeroBlade Load Bars. For this you will just need the Replacement Bottom Channel Cover # 852-4498-001. These are direct replacements for your crossbars and will definitely eliminate that whistling that you have been hearing since the pieces came out.
