Yes, a 4.80-8 tire will fit in place of a 4.00-8 tire. That is why a lot of times you will see both sizes in the product's title or description and even on the actual tire, such as # AM10002. This is a load range B tire rated for 590 pounds at 60 psi. I have linked a video review of this tire for you. view full answer...
The issue you are finding with your 2001 Isuzu Rodeo and your trailer doesn't have to do with the 4 wire vehicle side and the 5 wire trailer 4-way. Many trailers use what is called a wishbone harness that will run two wires to the same pin for the running lights. This style of harness simply make it so no jump wire is run from one side of the trailer to the other to pick up that running light signal because it is independently run to each side from the connector.
The issues you are... view full answer...
The only way to bypass a 3-wire to 2-wire trailer wiring harness converter (assuming your vehicle has a 3-wire or separate tail light system) would be to convert your trailer to a 3-wire (or separate) tail light system. This means you will need a separate tail light circuit, brake light circuit, and turn signal circuits on the trailer. You will also need to use either a 5-way, 6-way or 7-way style trailer connector on your trailer and tow vehicle and substitute one of the pins for the additional... view full answer...
The plug you have found is the correct one most likely. We have found that when installing the Hopkins wiring part # HM43215 the trailer wiring plug on the vehicle end can be a few different places depending on the vehicle setup. view full answer...
For your 2002 Isuzu Rodeo the trailer kit I would recommend is the T-One kit part # 118360 which is a confirmed fit and installs by plugging inline with the vehicle taillight connectors. I attached an install video for this kit on a similar 2001 Isuzu Rodeo for you to check out as well. view full answer...
The only trailer hitch that will fit the 2004 Isuzu Rodeo with 3.5 liter motor is Curt hitch # C13235. But in order for this hitch to fit your Rodeo must have the rear door mounted spare tire. It will not fit if the spare tire is located under the vehicle. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to view.
If you plan on doing some towing I also recommend the etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a storage... view full answer...

Since you are looking for the most stable option for transporting your 2 Diamondback bikes with your 2000 Isuzu Rodeo and because of your vehicle spoiler your best option would be to install a hitch like the Curt Trailer Hitch part # C13222 and then use a hitch mounted bike rack. I attached an install video for this hitch.
The most popular 2 bike rack we carry is the Swagman XTC-2 Bike rack part # S64670. This is a great platform rack with many great features that won't break the bank.... view full answer...

The Thule Passage # TH910XT has been confirmed to fit your 2000 Isuzu Rodeo by Thule but since this will likely install so that it is touching the glass I recommend using a hitch-mounted bike rack instead as we do have fits that will accommodate your spare tire.
For your application I recommend installing the Curt Trailer Hitch # C13222. This is a Class III trailer hitch with a 2" receiver so you can use it with a wider variety of accessories. If you check out the attached picture you... view full answer...

The Draw-Tite Hitch # 75093 that you referenced would work well on your 2002 Isuzu Rodeo as long as it has an under vehicle wheel spare. If you have a door mounted spare you would want a Curt Hitch # C13235.
You should check your owners manual for the towing capacities of your vehicle and make sure not to exceed them. When determining the overall towing capacity of a setup you should always go with the lowest rated component in your setup as the overall towing capacity.

We have not had the opportunity to install the Tow Ready T-1 Vehicle Wiring Harness on a 2000 Isuzu Rodeo, so we do not have a video available.
I reviewed the installation instructions (see link), and it appears that the installation is not too terribly involved.
