We have not had the opportunity to install the Tow Ready T-1 Vehicle Wiring Harness on a 2000 Isuzu Rodeo, so we do not have a video available.
I reviewed the installation instructions (see link), and it appears that the installation is not too terribly involved.
You would start by removing the tail light assemblies, which is typically accomplished by opening the rear hatch and removing the fasteners that pass through the door jamb into the tail light assemblies. You would then unclip the factory wiring harness at the connector directly behind each assembly. Be very careful when removing the assemblies, as there will be posts or clips that secure the assembly and they could break if you are not gentle when removing the assembly.
Starting at the drivers side, plug the connector with the yellow wire inline with the factory wiring harness, and use the included self-tapping screw to ground the ring terminal on the white wire to the vehicle body behind the tail light assembly. The remainder of the T-1 assembly would be passed through the open cavity under the tail light assembly to the under side of the vehicle. If there is space behind the tail light assembly, the converter box can be secured to the metal via the double sided tape on the back of it, otherwise it can be secured with zip ties under the vehicle. Under the vehicle, the trailer connector will be passed behind the bumper over to the hitch, at which point zip ties can be used to secure the connector, or a mounting bracket like # 18144 can be used. The connector with the green wire will be passed behind the bumper over to the passenger side and up through the cavity under the tail light assembly to connect inline with the factory harness. When routing your wiring across behind the bumper, be sure to keep as far away as possible from the exhaust.
Replace the tail light assemblies, and the install is complete.
I will link you to a video showing a similar installation on a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Of course, the vehicle and the harness part number are different, but the procedure is similar enough that the video should be helpful to you.
