Hey Mike! The wheelbase varies from bike rack to bike rack. The only rack that can hold that much weight is the Saris MHS DUO # SAR73MR with a capacity of 100 lbs per bike. However, the max wheelbase on this rack is 53" so you're just a little too long. If you can pull batteries off of those then you can use the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE # HLY84FR. This bike rack can hold 80 lbs per bike and works with a wheelbase up to 60" so yours won't be a problem.

For your 2006 Infinity FX35, we have the Tekonsha ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit # 119250KIT. This is a confirmed fit that uses zero contact interface sensors to capture the signal in the factory wiring to transfer it to your trailer wiring connection. This harness will give you a 4-way flat connection.
If you want to add a 7-way, the only way to do so is to use the # ETBC7 kit along with this 4-way to hardwire those... view full answer...
My technical contact at Curt Mfg. was kind enough to send me a photo of the Curt Class III Round Tube Receiver Hitch, # 13554, on an Infiniti FX35. I attached this photo for you to see.
The hitch in the photo is blue because it is the engineering mockup for the hitch, but it does show the final position of the hitch when correctly installed. The hitch in black will blend much better with the vehicle underbody.
None of the hitches we carry for the 2010 Infiniti FX35 will be completely... view full answer...
To install the Draw-Tite Class III receiver hitch part # 75657 on your Infiniti, the splash guards, under body appearance panels and tow hook will need to be removed. Once the installation is completed, the splash guards will be replaced, but the tow hook and the under body panels will not be re installed as they would interfere with the hitch. If you choose to install the hitch, we recommend keeping these removed items in the event you should decide to remove the hitch in the future.

Unfortunately, The Replacement Hardware Kit # RHK will not include the bracket that appears in the image for Curt Hitch # 13554. I contacted Curt and they do not sell the bracket alone. You will have to repurchase the entire hitch to be able to get the bracket.
I attached an installation link below for The Curt Trailer hitch being installed onto a 2010 Infiniti FX35. It will be the same installation process for your 2009 Infiniti FX35. If you have any further questions please reach back... view full answer...

On your 2011 Infiniti FX35 the Kat's heater # KH11412 installs in the frost plug which can be in one of two places on the motor. It will either be on the driver's side, rear part of the motor (rear meaning closest to windshield) or on the passengers side front part of the motor.
There could be some things in the way that would make it difficult to install at home. You would have to go underneath and look. A shop with lifts would be able to do it quickly and it would not take all that long... view full answer...
I have a trailer wiring solution for your 2005 Infiniti FX35 that does not require any hardwiring or splicing but we do not have any plug and play install kits.
Instead you'd want the ZCI part # 119250KIT. This uses sensors over the taillight wiring to get the circuits needed instead of requiring wires get cut. view full answer...
Adding a trailer hitch to your 2004 Infiniti FX35 to accommodate a Thule bike rack will absolutely work. I recommend going with Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 13558. This will be tucked neatly under the bumper of your vehicle, providing a clean look while preventing anyone from hitting their leg on it. Curt does require Curt Cam Buckle Stabilizing Strap for Hitch-Mounted Accessories # 18050 to be used on non-trailered loads, such as a bike rack.

We do have 2-bike trunk mount bike racks that fit your 2006 Infiniti FX35 but none of them are from Saris.
If you're looking for a cost-effective trunk mount rack then the Thule Passage 2 Bike Carrier # TH910XT is what you need, however Thule recently came out with the Thule Gateway Pro 2 Bike Rack # TH88VR not that long ago (as of July 2020) and it is a much easier design to use and since it is in a similar price range as the Passage I highly recommend this bike rack instead.

All of the trailer hitches offered for your 2010 Infiniti FX35 will install below the exhaust and in pretty much the same way since all will use the same attachment points on the vehicle's frame. There is no hitch available for your car that has a cross tube that sits above the exhaust.
The linked page will show you all hitches offered for your FX35 and the linked photo shows you the rear of a 2010 FX35 with Curt hitch # 13554 installed. Each hitch fits both all-wheel-drive and rear-wheel-drive... view full answer...
Curt has listed an installation time of the wiring harness # C56074 as 30 minutes for the professional installer. I spoke to my installer and he said for a novice you should expect 1 hour and a half at the very least.
I have linked the instructions to this page for your convenience.
I do want to let you know that the Curt Hitch # 13554 will require you to use a stabilization strap # 18050 with any non-trailer loads (bike racks, cargo carriers, etc.) which is why I instead recommend the... view full answer...

I do have an option for you but I spoke with Curt and they said that none of their converter boxes will work with the 2004 Infiniti FX35 therefore no, the Curt Circuit Protected Converter part # C56175 will not work. The only trailer wiring harness we have confirmed to work with he 04 FX35 is the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 119250KIT. This kit uses sensors to clamp onto the wires therefore no splicing is required. The only other option you will have if the ZCI Circuit... view full answer...
The ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT will provide you a 4-way connector for your 2008 Infiniti FX35. This harness uses sensors to detect current in the wiring rather than having to splice into the wiring or put any additional strain on the factory wiring.
You will be able to attach the connector to the end of your Receiver # 13558 using a Mounting Bracket # C58001. view full answer...

The Thule Passage 2, part # TH910XT is a compatible fit with the 2010 Infiniti FX35.
While the Passage is installed, it's not recommended to open the rear hatch as this can cause the straps to loosen or shift, and create an unsafe situation.
Initially, the Passage doesn't have any security features equipped on it. You can add a security strap for the rack with part # TH533 and a cable lock like part # e98891 for security.
