Hey Frank, for your 2025 Hyundai Tucson the hitch I would recommend is the Curt part # C94WR which is mostly hidden, has great towing capacities, and also is priced lower.
For trailer wiring I would then recommend the part # CU94FR for a 4-way or the part # C68JR if you need a 7-way.

The ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT is compatible with LED lights and has been used as a go to for years for people who have LED trailer lights. The light function is supposed send a tiny bit of voltage from the vehicle tail lights to the converter box so it knows what signal to send out the 4-pole connector to the trailer. Hi Steve; there were some changes to the 2025 Tucson so the old custom wiring didn't carry over. Since none of the aftermarket manufacturers have a new wiring harness yet the only option is a universal wiring harness. You can use the Curt # C59236 which splices in or the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT which clamps onto your vehicle wiring so you don't have to splice.

At this time there is not any "plug-n-play" wiring for the 2025 Hyundai Tucson, I am sure the aftermarket guys are working hard to come up with a wiring harness. The vehicle must have had electrical changes from the 2024 to the 2025, so you will have to check back.

According to the owner's manual I found online, the 2024 Tucson should not be flat towed. If it must be towed it should be on a car trailer with all four wheels off the ground. None of our base plate manufacturers (Roadmaster, Blue Ox, Demco ect...) make anything for this vehicle, and that is probably why. view full answer...
