Since your hardware is missing you will need to contact your vehicle's dealership to get the correct hardware. Those are some extremely old tires. We recommend changing them every 6 years or so regardless of tread wear.

Just about everything you need is available in one kit. Take a look at the 4 and 7-Way installation kit # ETBC7.
