Hi Gregg!
We do have a hitch available for your 2016 Chrysler 200 with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11403. As this is a Class 1 hitch, your options for a bike rack will be more limited. The Lectric XP4 bikes being as heavy as they are will limit that even more. With the battery taken out, a Lectric XP4 will weigh 62 pounds and that made one more option available. I will warn you, the two options that will work with a Class 1 hitch and bikes that weight... view full answer...
There is a confirmed fit for a 2012 Chrysler 200 convertible and it is Curt Hitch # C11133. The Draw-Tite hitch is not yet a confirmed fit. The Curt hitch comes with the correct ball mount, hitch pin, and clip. For a ball you can use # 19256 for 1-7/8 inch diameter or # 19258 for a 2 inch diameter.
For trailer wiring, use the Vehicle Wiring Harness, # C56211. I have included a link to the installation instructions for the hitch and for the wiring harness for you. view full answer...
Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 24871 for the 2012 Chrysler 200 is rated for 2,000 pounds gross trailer weight and 200 pounds tongue weight. Provided that the trailer is within that capacity as well as the capacity of the vehicle then it will be able to tow it.
The recommended ball mount for this hitch is # 3594. For a compatible 1-7/8 inch ball use # 19256 or for a 2 inch use # 19258.
And for a trailer wiring harness you can use # C56211 to add a 4-Way flat connector to the rear of the vehicle. view full answer...

The correct Bearing Buddy Bearing Protector like part # BB1980A will be the one that matches the inner diameter of the hub bore opening on the trailer hub. In order to obtain the correct Bearing Buddy Bearing Protector you''ll need a digital caliper and measure to the nearest thousandth of an inch. I have attached a list of our Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors below.
Unfortunately, I can't recommend using the wrong size Bearing Buddy in hopes it will fit. Therefore, my suggestion is to... view full answer...
Your 2013 Chrysler 200 has the transverse Pentastar 3.6 liter which Kat's recommends their heater part # KH11814. The cartridge location you need to use is right behind the engine block on the driver side. So the side of the engine that faces the firewall and all the way on the driver side. view full answer...
We have two trailer hitch receivers for your 2012 Chrysler 200 Convertible, the Draw-Tite Class I Sport Frame Receiver Hitch part # 24871 and the Curt Class I Receiver Hitch part # C11133. Both of these hitches are a Class 1 hitch receiver with a 1-1/4" receiver tube opening. I recommend the Draw-Tite hitch as your best option due to its sleek appearance after installed.
As long as your current bike rack has a 1-1/4" receiver tube opening and is compatible with a Class 1 hitch receiver,... view full answer...
Sounds like the carriage bolt hasn't slid all the way down into the carriage bolt block and that is why it is just turning. You have to pull the bolt all the way through the block so that the square shoulders of the bolt slides into the square hole of the block. view full answer...
To add a hitch to your 2015 Chrysler 200, I recommend the Curt item # C11403. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Chrysler with included hardware. This is a class I hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver. It has a 2,000 lbs towing capacity and a 200 lbs maximum tongue weight.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C56242 and the Draw-Tite Drawbar item # 3593 and then for hitch balls item # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or item # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball. view full answer...
I did check with Roadmaster and the Roadmaster EZ4 Base Plate Kit # RM-52297-4 that you referenced is only a fit for the sedan version of the Chrysler 200. It will not work with the 200 convertible.
At this time there is not a custom base plate kit available for your 2012 Chrysler 200 Convertible.
You may be able to go with a universal base plate kit like the Blue Ox # BX88230. Most bumpers do need to be reinforced or modified for proper installation, as the brackets need to mount to... view full answer...
We do have everything you need to tow a jet ski with your 2015 Chrysler 200. I recommend using the Curt Trailer Hitch # C11403 along with the Curt T-Connector Wiring # C56242. You also need the Ball Mount # C45521, either a 1-7/8" # A-80 or 2" # A-82 hitch ball, and then a pin and clip # F-4 to complete the towing setup.

I recommend the Draw-Tite Sport Class I, part # 24871 as a good pick to support the bike rack.

There is a trailer hitch receiver for your 2015 Chrysler 200, and for that I highly recommend the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24919.
This is the best option for your Chrysler because of Draw-Tite's reputation for quality and its easy installation. If you C56242, Draw-Tite Drawbar # 3593, and 1-7/8" Hitch Ball # 19256 or 2" Hitch Ball # 19258.
I have added a link to a video install for you to check out as well on a 2015 Chrysler 200 of the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24919. view full answer...
There is not a hitch mounting application for a tent if that is what you are referring to. We have some tents that attach to the back of SUV's and truck beds, but nothing for a 2015 Chrysler 200. My recommendation is to either use a separate tent like the Rightline Pop-Up Tent - Sleeps 2 - 90" x 72" x 42" # RL110995 or the Let's Go Aero ArcHaus Tent Shelter - 10' Long x 6' Wide x 6-1/2' Tall # SAR024.
The rooftop option like the Yakima SkyRise is not an option for your vehicle because... view full answer...

You can reuse the same spindle nut and cotter pin with the Dexter Hub Assembly, # 8-213-5UC1. The reason hub assemblies do not typically come with new spindle nuts is because there are different types of spindles that require different types of spindle nuts and cotter pins or washers. For example, if you have an EZ lube spindle (see photo) with a grease fitting on the end, you will not want a cotter pin going through the spindle. In place of a cotter pin, you would use a castle nut and... view full answer...
I checked with Thule and the fit dial setting for the Passage bike rack, # TH910XT, on a 2011 Chrysler 200 sedan should be set to 7. This is the optimal position for your vehicle. In addition, you will also place the top clips in the gap at the front edge of the top of the trunk, place the lower clips in the bottom edge of the trunk, and the lower arm of the carrier should be positioned on the upper tier of the bumper.

Yes, the power wire routing instructions for a trailer wiring harness like the Curt T-connector # C56242 for a 2015 Chrysler 200 are usually pretty generic as there are more than one way to route the wire. I don't have exact instructions for you unfortunately as the manufacturer does not provide any and we have not yet done this on this vehicle. That said, I recommend first finding a grommet in the trunk pan to route the wire through and then once you get it outside the vehicle, following... view full answer...
