Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 24871 for the 2012 Chrysler 200 is rated for 2,000 pounds gross trailer weight and 200 pounds tongue weight. Provided that the trailer is within that capacity as well as the capacity of the vehicle then it will be able to tow it.
The recommended ball mount for this hitch is # 3594. For a compatible 1-7/8 inch ball use # 19256 or for a 2 inch use # 19258.
And for a trailer wiring harness you can use # C56211 to add a 4-Way flat connector to the rear of the vehicle.
