First thing to check is to make sure the ground of the # 119250KIT is connected to a clean metal surface. It's possible the ground is weaker now and the brighter circuits of the stop/turn circuits just can't pull enough amperage to power. Since both stoplight and blinker circuits aren't working this is what I think is the most likely issue.

That said, this kit is universal so exact steps for anyone car is not avavailbe. The harness does not pull power or send power to the vehicle tail lights, it picks up the signal and then pulls power from the battery for the trailer lights.
