Although Stealth Hitches hasn't confirmed the Hidden Rack Receiver # SH99VR to fit your 2024 BMW X4 as of yet, both Draw-Tite and Curt brand hitches are confirmed to fit and they both fit the 2024 model year as well, so I think it's just a matter of Stealth Hitches getting their hands on a 2025 model. If you're not wanting to run a wire from the brake controller to the 7-way for the brake controller you can go with the Curt Echo Wireless Brake Controller # C51180 and 7-Way RV Upgrade Kit # ETBC7L. The # ETBC7L will plug into your 4-way connector and will have a a wire to run up to the battery for 12v power. You did the best thing you can do by spray painting it. The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13316 has a crossbar that may appear to be a replacement but the bumper beam assembly needs to be reinstalled. I'm not quite sure what reinforcement you are referring to but the hitch doesn't come with anything other than the hitch and some replacement rivets.
